The on-line auction of a Heston Blue Chip breeding, which will benefit the College Scholarship Fund of the Meadows Standardbred Owners Association (MSOA), has been extended to noon Friday, March 26. And, as a special incentive for bidders, the minimum bid has been reduced to $2,000.

Winbak Farm donated the breeding to their proven stallion, a son of American Ideal-Shot Togo Bluechip who took a mark of 1:48.3f and banked more than $1.62 million. In 2012, he won the Dan Patch Award as the sport’s best 3-year-old male pacer. Heston Blue Chip stands for a fee of $6,000.

This is the second major donation to the fund in recent weeks. Hanover Shoe Farms earlier donated a breeding to Betting Line that raised $6,200 through a similar on-line auction.
