The Meadows Standardbred Owners Association would like to congratulate Pennsylvania State Senator Kim Ward. She was recently recognized with a 2022 Appreciation Award from Harness Horsemen’s International.
MSOA President Rich Gillock and Nick Catalano represented the MSOA board, along with Executive Director Kim Hankins at the award presentation
Ward was recognized by HHI for her consistent support of racing in the Keystone State.
