It’s OPEN ENROLLMENT time for the MSOA Drivers / Trainers and Grooms Health, Vision and Dental Insurance group policies with Highmark Blue Cross / Blue Shield!
In December, 2018 you are able to elect health and vision and/or dental insurance coverage and your insurance will be effective January 1, 2019 if you meet the eligibility requirements
If you would like to enroll, we will need you to turn in your form by Monday, December 17th.
