Effective immediately: All horses are required to be in the paddock at least 30 minutes prior to their race.
Trainers are responsible to report scratches and/or driver changes to the paddock judge at least 30 minutes prior to post of their race.
Drivers are required to report changes 30 minutes prior to post of the first race.
Failure to follow these requirements may result in the horse being scratched.
