From the Pennsylvania State Horse Racing Commission:
With the revised Lasix Program that was approved at the February Commission meeting, all Pennsylvania licensed Veterinarians placing horses in the Bleeder Program will need to use the attached form and submit it to the Commission Office.
The Commission will provide copies where the vets sign in at the Security Gate and at the Commission Office.
