The MSOA held a board meeting today and one of the topics of discussion related to how the MSOA can further assist horsemen.
So far, the MSOA has come to an agreement to maintain access to the backstretch and track for a fee and created a two month “vacation” of insurance payments.
The MSOA Board has created a committee of Stu Williams, Lisa Dunn, Tim Betts and Dirk Simpson to report back to the Board within 20 days with recommendations on how to further assist our horsemen in need. MSOA hopes that everyone is safe and healthy.
