The Pennsylvania State Horse Racing Commission has advised The Meadows, Pocono Downs and Harrah’s Philadelphia that the 45-day Qualifying Rule has been temporarily extended to 90 days.
The temporary extension will run from February 6 through April 1, 2023.
The 45-day rule will go back into effect from April 2, 2023 through December 31, 2023.
